LB7

For this Lab I had to use Adobe Flash CS3 Version 3.0. I had to make a document 300 pix by 300 pix. After I started out with a dot. I then went to 35 and added a new key frame and placed the dot where i wanted it to end up. I then clicked anywhere between 1-35 and right clicked and picked create motion tween. I then finished and did the same thing with the square. But when you use the square you cant use Create Motion Tween you have to use Create Shape Tween.

Critical Thinking Activity

I choose Quintin Harris's web page because i believed it was the best one out of all. Hes goal was to make a good website and he succeed in doing that. He was simple and still made it look good he used shadow and glow. All his pages worked and even had a page for his sources. His web page had great consistency it was the same, his home page was different then his sub pages but the sub pages kept the consistency. All the information he had on it would have been his best strength. In my opinion his weakness was the home page it was too simple i like it but it could have been improved on. I choose these site because it was the nicest one that was working the rest of them weren't all working.

Firefox VS. Internet Explorer

In Firefox the link text is thinner than Internet Explorer. Firefox takes longer to load the picture when explorer uploads it right away. In Firefox the heading is centered and the back ground color is not behind the text. On Internet Explorer the heading is to the left of the page and has the background color behind the text. On Firefox in LB2 the word Ant�nio comes out like that when in Internet Explore it comes out António.

How Tech Will Help in the Future

Technology will help me in the future because in the future everything is gonna be technology. No one will barely be using pen and pencil and it would be for me to start learning like that i won't be left behind. So when i go to a job interview and they ask me if can use a computer i can say yes because i been using it all my life and would have a better advantage then other who are applying that don't know how to use but only for myspace or facebook.

By being able to know how to use Photo-Shop and other software like that will make me a more well rounded person and if don't don't get to the career i want i could do something with what i have learned in the Adobe Master Collection. It's if i want to find a main profession in it or use it like a Plan B if things don't go my way.

LB6

For LB6 I first looked up for 2 pictures mostly of a kid and a car, because I was doing it I did it on Kars4Kids. I found the picture of the kid and hes background was green so I though I would make the back ground of the document a lighter/brighter green. When I picked my car he so happen it had a green ribbon around it and the car it self was red which is a complementary color of green which made my job easy for me.
For the letter I used purple because it was also a complementary color of green. I mostly used Color, Balance, and Unity in my documented.

I first opened up fireworks and make a new document 700 by 100. I then used the rectangle tool and make a rectangle with in the document. Used the Text tool and typed "Juan's Favorite Movies" and moved it to the center of the document. I added Drop Shadow, Gaussian Blur, Raised Emboss, and Hue/Saturation. For the back ground i used Oil Paint 1, for stroke i used Mesh. around the border i used rectangle roundness and set it to 88% and added drop shadow and moved it to 23 angle. i then used the rectangle tool and made a small rectangle to make it look like a popcorn bag, and made smaller rectangle to make look like popcorn. For the image of the hotdog i used the circle tool to make it.

LB4

I did this image by first creating a new document 400 pixel wide and 200 pixel high. Then i clicked marquee took and made a rectangle with in the document with little space outside. I then used the Text Tool to write time and mess around with it with get it too the middle of the rectangle. After that i made the stroke to be 9 - 1 Pixel Head, and changed the Texture to Hatch2 and, added Blur move an Unsharp Mask. For the words i used Curves, Inner Shadow, Hue/Saturation, Drop Shadow, and Brightness/Contrast.
