What is W3C?

A) What does W3C do? The W3C creates recommendations for the Web memebers even tho they don't enforce them to use it.

B) Where is W3C located? W3C doesn't have a physical headquarter its split up into 3 places MIT in Cambridge-MA, ERCIM in Sophia-Antipolis-France, and Keio University near Tokyo-Japan.

C) How is W3C funded? Through Membership Dues from people who join.

D) What is the difference between www and W3C? No idea

E) What does it mean that Tim Berners-Lee invented the Web? In 1989 Tim Bernese Lee created a system called the world wide web. He created the first web browser, web page, and server. He also wrote the first URLs, HTTP, and HTML which are still used today.

F) What is the difference between open source and an open standard? Open source means that its a software and Open standard is a document
